High-efficiency Ozone Decomposer
In ozone water treatment processes, ozone gas is injected and mixed with water to achieve oxidation, disinfection or degradation of contaminants. During the gas-liquid contact reaction, a portion of ozone cannot be fully dissolved and consumed in the water, forming exhaust off-gas that carries residual ozone. Direct discharge of this ozone-containing exhaust will cause air pollution and may exceed local environmental emission limits. Therefore, the off-gas must be sent to an ozone destruction treatment system for thorough decomposition before releasing into the atmosphere. Our high-efficiency ozone decomposer is specially designed for this scenario. It rapidly breaks down residual ozone into harmless oxygen, ensuring the exhaust gas meets environmental requirements for safe emission.
