Product Description
The vertical ozone generator is an integrated high-efficiency industrial ozone unit adopting dielectric barrier discharge technology. Using air or high-purity oxygen as feed gas, it generates high-concentration ozone through high-voltage ionization. It consists of a special ozone power supply system, ozone generation system, automatic PLC control system, cooling system and on-line instrumentation system. The high-frequency high-voltage power supply has multi-protection functions to adjust discharge power stably. The sealed discharge chamber produces ozone reliably with strong adaptability. The touch HMI supports unattended operation, remote linkage, real-time parameter monitoring and fault alarm. Water/air cooling controls chamber temperature to avoid ozone decomposition. On-line sensors continuously monitor pressure, temperature, gas flow and ozone concentration. Featuring compact footprint, stable operation and strong oxidation performance, it is widely used for flue gas denitrification, water treatment, chemical oxidation, food sterilization and other industrial applications.
